Legal, privacy and disclosure information

A3 collects only the information an owner chooses to provide, together with publicly available business information used for research and outreach.

Information is used to assess whether an advisor, buyer or path within the network may be relevant. It is not sold, and it is not shared with a third party without the owner's authorization.

An owner may request a copy of the information A3 holds about them, or ask that it be deleted, by contacting hello@a3network.com.

This website is provided for general informational purposes. Nothing on it constitutes financial, legal, tax or investment advice, or an offer to buy or sell any business or security.

Use of this website does not create an advisory, agency or fiduciary relationship between A3 and any visitor.

Information shared by an owner is treated as confidential. A3 does not disclose an owner's identity or company information to an advisor or buyer without the owner's prior approval.

Where an owner permits a market test, A3 describes the business generically so that it cannot reasonably be identified.

By contacting A3 or responding to outreach, a visitor consents to receive electronic communications from A3 relating to their inquiry.

Every message includes an unsubscribe mechanism, and a request to stop receiving communications is honoured promptly.

A3 is a relationship, qualification and matching platform. A3 is not the owner's financial, legal or tax advisor and does not provide valuations.

A3 may be compensated by a participating advisor or buyer when it facilitates a relationship or a successful transaction. The specific arrangement relevant to an introduction is disclosed to the owner before that introduction is made.

Owners are not charged for speaking with A3 or for receiving an introduction.

A3 does not perform activities requiring registration as a broker-dealer, securities dealer or exempt market dealer. Where a transaction would require regulated services, those services are performed by an appropriately licensed advisor engaged directly by the owner.
