About A3
A3 was created to help owners navigate a fragmented market
Company story
Why A3 was created
Most owners approaching a transaction face the same problem: dozens of advisors and acquirers reach out, and there is no reliable way to tell which of them has genuinely relevant experience with a business like theirs.
A3 was formed by a team of former investment bankers and corporate development professionals who had spent years on opposite sides of that problem. The platform exists to make the underlying evidence — completed transactions, active mandates and stated criteria — visible before an owner commits to anyone.
